In 2013, Dr. Avrum I Gotlieb, ASIP member and past President, established the Gotlieb Family Fund for Undergraduate Education in Pathobiology to support an undergraduate student with a $750 travel award to attend the ASIP Annual Meeting. Like the other ASIP Trainee Travel Awards, an abstract must be submitted to the annual meeting. These abstracts MUST be submitted to ASIP topic categories. Applicants must be Undergraduate Student Members of ASIP.
The Intersociety Council for Pathology Information (ICPI) is a non-profit organization, sponsored by five major pathology societies, that exists to create or publicize information about the field of pathology and laboratory medicine, to inspire interest across the spectrum of related career opportunities, and to support the training and professional development of students, residents and fellows by promoting educational programs, meetings, resources, and awards offered by ICPI’s member organizations and academic partners.
