Starting April 16, 2026, ICPI now offers FREE fellowship program listings with paid residency program listings. To determine your program’s eligibility, scan the fellowship programs listed on the ICPI website to see if your affiliated fellowship program(s) has a “Learn More” button.  If you see a “Learn More” button, you already have a paid residency program listing and you are immediately eligible to add fellowship program data, using the instructions below.  Affiliated residency program coordinators are pre-set as the primary contacts to enter data, but a different program staff member may be assigned as the primary contact (see instructions below to add a new program contact).  If you DON’T see a “Learn More” button for your fellowship program(s), contact icpi@academicpathology.org to enroll your residency program and take immediate advantage of the FREE fellowship program listings associated with that program.  If your fellowship program is not affiliated with a pathology residency program, you may purchase a single program listing for $250 (renewable annually), again by contacting icpi@academicpathology.org.

Instructions to submit fellowship program information:

If you see a “Learn More” button for your fellowship program(s), click “Login”, key in your email address, and either enter your password or hit “Lost your password” to initiate your administrative account access.  Note: If you receive an error message after attempting to login, contact icpi@academicpathology.org and include the fellowship program name you are attempting to modify and the email address you are attempting to use. 

Once logged in, you may go back to the fellowship programs page and return here by clicking the “Add or Update Program Information Here” button and selecting the “Add or Update a Fellowship Program” button.  Once here, select “Editing a Fellowship Program” (below) and you should automatically see a drop-down list of programs associated with your residency program or you as a program contact.  Choose the program you want to update, hit “Submit”, and wait a moment for the page to load.  Scroll down to the bottom (below the “More Like This” section) to the “Edit This Post” section, where you will see a form to enter data about the program.  When you get to the bottom of the form, hit “Submit” and the page will automatically update (it may take a few seconds), so you can review your changes.  You can continue making changes until you are satisfied.  If you have multiple programs to update, go back to the fellowship programs page and follow the previous steps. 

Instructions to assign someone else as the program contact (to make changes to a listing):

Please email icpi@academicpathology.org with the name of the program and the new program contact’s name and email address.  Only one program contact can be assigned for each program, but one program contact can be assigned to multiple programs.
