Starting April 16, 2026, ICPI offers FREE fellowship program listings to departments with a paid ICPI Residency Directory listing.

Check your eligibility: Look up your affiliated fellowship program(s) on the ICPI fellowship programs page.

• If you see a “Learn More” button — your program already has a paid residency listing, and you’re immediately eligible to add fellowship program data at no extra charge. Affiliated residency program coordinators are automatically set as the primary contact for entering data; a different staff member can be assigned instead (see “Assign a different program contact” below). Follow the submission steps below.
• If you don’t see a “Learn More” button — and your fellowship program is affiliated with a pathology residency program, contact icpi@academicpathology.org to enroll the residency program and unlock the free fellowship listing.
• If your fellowship program is not affiliated with any pathology residency program, you may purchase a standalone listing for $250/year by contacting icpi@academicpathology.org.

Steps to update fellowship program information

1. Login, enter your email address, and either enter your password or select “Lost your password” to set up account access.
   
   • If you get an error logging in, email icpi@academicpathology.org with the fellowship program name and the email address you’re using.
2. Once logged in, return to the fellowship programs page, click Add or Update Program Information Here, then Add or Update a Fellowship Program.
3. Select Editing a Fellowship Program. A drop-down list of programs associated with your residency program (or with you as a program contact) will appear automatically.
4. Choose the program to update and click Submit. Give the page a moment to load.
5. Scroll to the bottom of the page — past the “More Like This” section — to Edit This Post, where you’ll find the form for program details.
6. Enter your updates and click Submit at the bottom of the form. The page will refresh in a few seconds so you can review your changes. You may continue editing until you’re satisfied.
7. Updating multiple programs? Return to the fellowship programs page and repeat these steps for each one.

Steps to add a fellowship program

1. Some program information has been published for ALL previously identified fellowship programs, including many unaccredited programs. Before proceeding to step 2 below, please go to the ICPI fellowship programs page to confirm your fellowship program is NOT there.
2. Select Creating a Fellowship Program below.
3. Enter your information on the form and submit.
4. An ICPI staff member will review your request and contact you within 7 business days for the additional information needed to process your request.
   
   • If you need this added more urgently, email icpi@academicpathology.org with the fellowship program name and program contact that will need editing permissions.

Assign a different program contact

Email icpi@academicpathology.org with the program name and the new contact’s name and email address. Each program may have only one contact, but one contact may be assigned to multiple programs.
