The Fall Meeting includes the presentation of papers and a symposium that draws upon the expertise of local faculty. An informal atmosphere allows for interchange among colleagues and an opportunity to visit the institutions of peers. Since 1978 the Society has presented the Sidney Farber Lecture which features an in-depth view of current topics in developmental pathology.
The Intersociety Council for Pathology Information (ICPI) is a non-profit organization, sponsored by five major pathology societies, that exists to create or publicize information about the field of pathology and laboratory medicine, to inspire interest across the spectrum of related career opportunities, and to support the training and professional development of students, residents and fellows by promoting educational programs, meetings, resources, and awards offered by ICPI’s member organizations and academic partners.
